Logging In
An administrator will either add you to an existing Family or create a new Family for you. Once your account is created you will receive an email with a link to set your password.
To log in, visit activities.landisfam.org, enter your email and password, and click “Login.” If you forget your password use the “Forgot Password” link to reset it.
Member Roles
There are three types of Member roles:
- Administrators: Manage Family membership and all Activity information.
- Users: Manage their own Activities.
- Child: Children (or pets) cannot log in or manage activities but can be assigned activities by other Family Members.
Dashboard Overview
The dashboard is where you manage activities. Clicking on the tabs across the top of the page will display the list of Activities related to that view.
Agenda View
The agenda view displays a list of all uncompleted Activities for your Family, ordered by due date, ideal for finding all upcoming Activities. Filters are provided at the top for easier navigation and management.
Home
Displays Activities related to home maintenance, organized in sections according to the Activity interval. Each Activity has a name, owner, and due date.
Vehicle
Displays Activities related to vehicles, organized in sections, one for each vehicle. Each Activity has a name, interval, owner, and due date.
Health
Displays Activities related to health, organized in sections, one for each Family member. Each Activity has an appointment type, interval, owner, and next appointment date.
Personal
Displays Activities only visible to the logged-in member. Personal Activities are automatically owned by the Member and cannot be assigned to anyone else.
Historical
The historical tab displays a list of all completed Activities for your family, ordered by due date. This allows you to see when the last time an Activity was marked complete and who marked it complete. Filters are provided at the top for easier navigation. Note that this tool can only display who marked it complete and when, not who actually performed the Activity, or if they even did.
